2. What this covers

These terms govern your use of this website, the waitlist, and — once released — the WorthPulse mobile application. Additional in-app terms may supplement these when the app launches.

3. Use of the service

You may use WorthPulse for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.

4. Accounts, free and premium features

Some features may require an account. Certain features may be offered as paid upgrades; pricing and scope are shown before any purchase. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by the respective store's terms and refund policies.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software of WorthPulse are owned by DJUMP, MB or its licensors. You retain all rights to the data you enter into the app.

6. Disclaimers

WorthPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WorthPulse is an informational tool and does not provide professional (medical, legal, financial or tax) advice.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
